Terms and Conditions

Pricing is based on our current cost structure and economic environment. Should market conditions shift significantly, we reserve the right to revisit pricing with notice and mutual agreement. We will not be held responsible for orders not picked up after 90 days. Amount listed is for cash/check payments. If paying with credit card, please add 3%. This fee goes directly to our 3rd party credit card processor; Logodaddy does not receive any portion of it. There will be no fee for cash, checks, or ACH payments. All invoices not paid in full according to the terms are subject to a 1.5% interest per month. 90- days past terms are subject to collections.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
